How do I claim my Virtual Reward Card?

The current incentive to switch being offered with BT broadband is a Virtual Reward Card. Unlike some automatic bill credits, you’ll need to claim this yourself, but the process is fairly simple. Once your broadband service is live, you must log in to the BT Reward Card claim site and submit your details.

You must claim within three months of placing your order. After your claim is processed, the card will usually be sent within 14 days. Depending on when your service was installed, the card will either be posted to your installation address or emailed to the account email address you signed up with. Once received, you must activate the card within three months.

• Receive your card (usually within 14 days) and activate it within three months

The BT Reward Card is a prepaid Mastercard, so it can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, both online and in a physical shop. It cannot be exchanged for cash though, and only one card will be issued per household. If you cancel your order or miss the claim deadline, you will lose it.
