Unlike some offers, the gift card isn’t applied automatically – you’ll need to follow a couple of steps to get it. Once your Sky broadband service is live, your order is validated (which can take up to 120 days). After that, you’ll receive an email from Giftcloud with instructions on how to choose your voucher.
You’ll then have 90 days to claim it, and you can pick from a range of retailers such as Tesco, Amazon, M&S, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, and Currys. The voucher is sent digitally to the email address you signed up with.

The Sky Broadband Hub
Sky Broadband packages include the Sky Broadband Hub as standard — a solid dual-band router that covers most average households comfortably. It’s designed for easy plug-and-play setup and comes with multiple Ethernet ports, making it suitable for wired connections to things like set-top boxes, PCs and smart home hubs, as well as a decent number of wireless devices.
The standard Sky Hub doesn’t support Wi‑Fi 6 (for faster Wi-Fi that most people don't need), but if you opt for a package with WiFi Max, you’ll get Sky’s more advanced router along with mesh boosters and full Wi‑Fi 6 support.
