NOW customer service number

For customers already with NOW Broadand, and you need assistance with your connection, or you want to upgrade your current package, you can quickly reach the right person to speak to by calling 0330 332 3050. You'll be asked to enter your phone number then then be transferred to the relevant team.

Getting in touch via social media

If social media is more your thing, then again it's easy to contact NOW Broadband. You can use Twitter or X by sending a message to @nowhelpteam. And naturally NOW also has a Facebook page which you can find at facebook.com/NOWTV/.

How to file a complaint with NOW Broadband

In the unlikely event you need to register a complaint with NOW about their services, then again there are several options available. We'd recommend starting by phoning thir customer service department on 0330 332 3050, between 8am and 8pm any day of the week.

Live Chat is another option, which you'll find available on their contact us page. It's tucked away in the bottom right hand corner. If you use that you can expect a response with in a few minutes – although you'll likely be speaking with an AI. We always find it pays to just ask to speak to a human. Repeatedly if needed.

Also on that page are a bunch of helpful articles which you can search through easily. The provider aims to respond to any complaint within 10 days, but if that's not quick enough (and it probably won't be), consider sharing your complaint on social media. It may lead to a quicker resolution. Again, contact NOW Broadband's customer service team via Twitter/X @NOWHelpTeam.

What to do if your complaint isn't resolved

If you use any of these methods to actually register a complaint, then you should be aware that NOW Broadband operate within the Communications and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS). This means that if your complaint isn't resolved within six to eight weeks, it can be escalated to CISAS for resolution.

You can reach CISAS by calling 0207 520 3814 or emailing them at cisas@cedr.com. Just be prepared to include evidence to support your case. They're completely impartial and will investigate on your behalf. If a provider is found to be at fault, they must comply with the CISAS decision.

Had enough of NOW Broadband?

Let's say that having gone through all of the above, you're still not happy. Then we'd definitely recommend you consider an alternative provider. Even with a perfectly satisfactory service, you can still save hundreds of pounds each year by switching when when your contract is up. Have a look at our comparison of broadband services, where you should find some great money-saving alternatives if this is the situation you're in. .
