How do I claim my £80 reward card?
The £80 reward card with BT Full Fibre 500 is an £80 Virtual Reward Card. Unlike some automatic bill credits, you’ll need to claim this yourself. Once your broadband service is live, you must log in to the BT Reward Card claim site and submit your details.
You must claim within three months of placing your order. After your claim is processed, the card will usually be sent within 14 days. Depending on when your service was installed, the card will either be posted to your installation address or emailed to the account email address you signed up with. Once received, you must activate the card within three months.

What router you get with BT Full Fibre 500
When you sign up for BT Full Fibre 500, you’ll receive the Smart Hub 2 router at no extra cost. This is the standard router BT provides with all its Full Fibre packages. If you already had Full Fibre or are upgrading, this is what you’ll get. There’s no optional 'fancier' router option unfortunately. And that may actually be considered a bit of a downside by some, since Wi-Fi 6 is kind of the standard now, with more than one notable provider now offering Wi-Fi 7!
Wi-Fi 5, 6, 7 are different in how fast your Wi-Fi speeds can be around the house. They do require compatible devices though, so there's an argument to be made that if you don't have a lot of speed-hungry Wi-Fi 6 and 7-compatible devices around your house, you don't need that anyway.

For most people the process is smooth and quick, but if you’re renting it’s best to check with your landlord in case any cabling work is needed.
